Description
Procurement of surveillance equipment on turnkey basis including supply installation testing and commissioning of complete surveillance system under package wise basis - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via e-procurement system - bidders must submit complete quotations for all items in each package and provide bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR or pay order with original submission at opening time - bids will be opened electronically in presence of bidders representatives and incomplete bids will not be accepted.
