Design supply installation testing commissioning and operation and maintenance of solar PV systems and installation of high efficiency irrigation systems at multiple sites Directorate of Farms University of Agriculture Faisalabad under project solarization phase I with estimated cost PKR 120000000 covering solarization of tube wells lots 1 to 6 and HEIS lot 7 under bank financing green financing model - procurement through single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules via EPADS limited to prequalified firms under project reference PQD-01-2026 Solarization - bid security 2% of estimated price lot wise in form of CDR in favour of Director DPIC - bids must be submitted online by 15-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bids opened at 11:00 AM same day - bidders must upload RFP in PDF format and queries must be submitted at least three days prior to closing date - procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
