Procurement Of Bio Medical Equipment And Instruments Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of bio-medical equipment and instruments including supply installation and commissioning at healthcare facilities under health card program guidelines - Bidders must have at least three similar assignments in the last three years with minimum value of PKR 20 million each - Active taxpayer registration with NTN and GST is mandatory - OEM or authorized distributor status with valid authorization certificate is required - Equipment must comply with FDA CE or equivalent international standards - Local technical and engineering support in Balochistan for after sales services is mandatory - Affidavit confirming non-blacklisting is required - Single stage two envelope bidding procedure for technical and financial proposals shall be adopted - Evaluation will be item wise - Rates shall remain valid for 90 days - Delivery installation and commissioning must be completed within 30 days of supply order - Payment shall be made within 120 days after successful installation and acceptance - Tender documents can be obtained upon payment of PKR 5000 - Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM on the submission date.
