International Laboratory Equipment For Research Laboratory Tender Notice

Procurement of laboratory equipment for Central Research Lab on item wise basis through international tendering - Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Procurement will be made on C and F Basis in USD or DDP Basis in PKR and vendors must quote both modes of procurement - Detailed quantities and specifications are provided in tender documents - Estimated price is PKR 228.544 Million - Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer GC Women University Sialkot is mandatory and must be submitted to Purchase Directorate before closing date and time - Bids without supporting documents undertakings valid documentary evidence or bids not conforming to tender terms and conditions shall be rejected - No supporting document shall be accepted after opening of technical bids - Bids received after due date and time or with insufficient bid security shall be rejected - Tender closing date is 10-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical opening shall be held on same day at 11:30 AM - PPRA tender portal response time shall be calculated from publication date.
