Procurement for Supply of IT Equipment for NUST School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering H-12 Islamabad through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure - Procurement is open to well established experienced and financially sound manufacturers and suppliers registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System e-PADS having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and active taxpayer status - Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 21-05-2026 at 1100 Hours and bids shall be opened on same day at 1130 Hours - Tender Processing Fee of PKR 5000 in shape of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of NUST SMME Dev Lab Fund HBL Branch H-12 Islamabad must be submitted in original at the time of technical bid opening - Hard copies of proposal as required must be deposited to NUST SMME Procurement Section before opening on same day - Manual submission without e-PADS shall not be accepted - Detailed bidding documents terms and conditions are available on PPRA and e-PADS websites - In case of public holiday bids shall be opened on next working day at same time and place - Procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
