Procurement of industrial tools welding accessories and electrical repair materials for Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory Islamabad comprising Calcium Carbide - Random Orbital Sander - 4 Way Nozzle - Oxygen Safety Kit for MIG Welders - CO2 Contact Tip items - Oxygen Regulator Gauge items - Plasma Cutting Tip items - Swan Neck items - Electric Portable Double Speed Drill Machine items - Carbide Tipped Circular Saw items - Chain Ratchet and Torque Wrench items - Electrical Spray Paint Gun items - Material required for repairing of electrical portable grinding machine - Hose Pipe items - Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS with Tender at Serial No. 1 under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure and Tenders at Serial No. 2 to 14 under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 - Only EPADS bids shall be accepted and no manual bids shall be entertained - Bid security must be physically submitted before closing time in tender box at office of District Controller of Purchase Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory Islamabad and scanned copies uploaded on EPADS - Bidding documents are available free of cost on EPADS portal - Tenders shall be submitted as per respective schedules on 20-05-2026 and 21-05-2026 at 12:00 Hrs and opened at 12:30 Hrs - Procurement is invited on DAP basis.
