Procurement for Supply of IT Equipment to Women University Swabi through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from well reputed firms companies suppliers and authorized dealers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and KPRA Tax on Services and included in Active Taxpayers List of FBR - Tender processing fee is PKR 2000 and earnest money equal to 2 percent of total quoted package cost in favor of Women University Swabi is mandatory - Complete bid documents are available on EPADS and University website - Pre bid meeting shall be held on 12-05-2026 at 11:00 Hrs in Committee Room of Women University Swabi - Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 21-05-2026 at 11:00 Hrs and Technical Bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 Hrs in presence of bidders or authorized representatives - Original E-Stamp papers and Original CDR must also be submitted physically - Financial proposals of technically responsive bidders shall be opened later on notified date - Procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject any or all tenders under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Submit both EPADS electronic proposal and original CDR with E-Stamp papers before technical bid opening.
