Construction Office Room Seed Store Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for construction of an office room and a seed store including civil construction works at Cotton Research Station Faisalabad through e-PADS. Interested vendors firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments having sufficient relevant experience are eligible to participate. E-bids must be submitted online through e-PADS under competitive bidding process. Hard copies are not required. Bid security amounting to PKR 80000 is mandatory otherwise bids will be rejected. Estimated project cost is PKR 4000000. Conditional incomplete and late tenders shall not be entertained. Bidders must provide correct information regarding make and origin of products and concealment of facts may lead to disqualification at any stage. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules. No price negotiation will be allowed. Payment shall be subject to deduction of all applicable taxes. Grievances and disputes shall be resolved under PPRA Rules through grievance redressal committee mediation or arbitration. Technical opening will be conducted on the same day after bid submission deadline. Bid validity shall remain up to 30 June 2026.
