Rehabilitation Development Schemes Housing Areas Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for rehabilitation and development works including rehabilitation of Gujar Khan II development scheme area and rehabilitation of 03 marla DG Khan Site-I under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 through E-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure. Interested contractors and firms registered on E-PADS and registered with FBR and PRA having active NTN and PNTN are eligible to participate. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for bid validity period plus twenty days is mandatory in both soft and hard copy forms. Technical bids shall be opened electronically on the same day after bid submission deadline and only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Conditional bids hand submitted bids corrupted unreadable or virus infected electronic files shall be rejected. Tenderers are required to quote rates for each individual item and percentage based quotations may lead to rejection. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
