Purchase Surveillance Equipment Turnkey Solution Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for purchase of surveillance equipment on turnkey solution basis through e-procurement under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Interested firms companies sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with relevant registration authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments are eligible to participate. Bidding documents containing terms conditions requirements and specifications are available free of cost on PPRA EPADS and university websites. All bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS on package lot wise basis and bidders are required to provide complete quotation for all items within each package otherwise partial quotations shall not be accepted. Mandatory bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price in shape of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib must be submitted in original at the time of opening of e-bids. Bid validity period shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure complete package wise quotation original bid security submission and timely EPADS upload before bid opening.
