Replacement Sewer Line Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for replacement of 24 inch internal diameter sewer lines at Shalimar Colony Street No 07 Multan including works from RD 00 to 100 and RD 101 to 146 through E-Tendering under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 using single stage two envelope procedure. Interested engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab EPADS website are eligible to participate. Bid security in shape of Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Director Finance WASA Multan must be uploaded electronically and original CDR submitted physically before bid opening deadline otherwise bidder shall be treated non responsive. Technical bids shall be opened electronically and only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or fake documents shall lead to rejection and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Procurement agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bid validity period shall remain 120 days.
