Framework Contract Purchase It Machinery And Furniture Repair Tender Notice

Annual framework contract for purchase of I.T equipment machinery other stores and repair of furniture items for the financial year 2025-26 up to 30.06.2026 through E-Bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Procurement includes purchase of I.T items - purchase of machinery - procurement of other stores - repair and maintenance of furniture items. Eligible firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments may participate. Estimated procurement amounts include Rs.6,505,000 for I.T items with bid security Rs.325,250 - Rs.720,000 for machinery with bid security Rs.36,000 - Rs.850,000 for other stores with bid security Rs.42,500 - Rs.1,000,000 for furniture repair with bid security Rs.50,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 09:00 AM and opened at 10:00 AM on the same date. Refundable bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated amount is mandatory and successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee. Rates must include all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30.06.2026. Minimum one year warranty with free replacement service and maintenance is required. Delivery of items shall be completed within 15 days after issuance of supply order. Procuring authority reserves right to reject all bids or enhance quantities under PPRA Rules.
