Description
Procurement of uniforms white paper rims yellow paper rims photostat machines CCTV cameras with audio complete set computer systems printers and heavy duty scanners through sealed E-Bids under single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Department and E-PADS may participate. Procurement includes uniforms estimated at Rs.1,264,000 with bid security Rs.63,200 - white paper rims estimated at Rs.1,500,000 with bid security Rs.75,000 - yellow paper rims estimated at Rs.300,000 with bid security Rs.15,000 - photostat machines estimated at Rs.2,700,000 with bid security Rs.135,000 - CCTV camera systems estimated at Rs.300,000 with bid security Rs.15,000 - computer systems estimated at Rs.1,250,000 with bid security Rs.62,500 - printers estimated at Rs.750,000 with bid security Rs.37,500 - heavy duty scanners estimated at Rs.1,500,000 with bid security Rs.75,000. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 21.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on same date at 12:00 PM. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated amount in original form is mandatory and successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee up to 10 percent of contract value. Rates shall include GST and PRA taxes and remain valid for 60 days. Pro Tip: Attach all mandatory tax registration certificates and ensure original refundable bid security is deposited before submission deadline.
