Procurement Network Monitoring System Installation Training Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of centralized Network Monitoring System including supply installation configuration support and training services through single stage one envelope procedure via EPADS. Eligible companies and bidders registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement includes complete centralized network monitoring solution with support and training services. Estimated project cost is Rs.10,000,000 including taxes with bid security amounting to Rs.200,000 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 14:30 Hours and shall be opened online on same date at 15:00 Hours in the presence of bidder representatives. Original bid security in shape of CDR unconditional bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be delivered before closing time. Interested bidders may obtain information from Punjab Healthcare Commission between 05.05.2026 and 19.05.2026 during office hours. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for costs incurred during bid preparation and submission. Pro Tip: Ensure timely physical submission of original bid security along with complete online EPADS submission to qualify for technical evaluation.
