Annual Repair Special Repair Building Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual repair and special repair works for year 2025-26 under AR-SR package through encrypted electronic bids under single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Active tax bidders registered with E-PADS Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and Income Tax Sales Tax and PRA departments are eligible to participate. Estimated project amount is Rs.18.726 million with bid security of Rs.374,539 equal to 2 percent of estimated amount and completion period of 60 days. Electronic bids must be submitted online on item rate basis against each BOQ item through E-PADS by 20.05.2026 before 10:30 AM and bids shall be opened on 25.05.2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in shape of Pay Order CDR Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favor of Project Director TEVTA Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi must be submitted before bid deadline. Conditional tenders without bid security shall be rejected. Copy of PEC CNIC NTN and PRA certificates must accompany electronic bids. Submission of fake documents or securities shall result in disqualification and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload complete item-wise rates and submit authentic original bid security documents well before submission deadline.
