Repair Rehabilitation Renovation District Council Office Tender Notice
Description
Repair rehabilitation and renovation works of District Council Office District Council Dera Ghazi Khan for financial year 2025-26 through single stage one envelope procedure under E-Procurement EPADS system. Eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category may participate. Estimated project cost is Rs.4,998,000 with earnest money amounting to Rs.249,900 equal to 5 percent of estimated cost. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS and bids must be uploaded online before 21.05.2026 at 02:00 PM and shall be opened on same date at 02:30 PM in District Council Hall District Council DG Khan. Original CDR along with applicant firm letterhead must be produced before closing time otherwise online bid shall not be entertained. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope least cost method and bidders are required to submit signed and stamped bidding documents with financial instruments in hard copy and soft copy through EPADS. Corrupt unreadable or virus infected bids shall be rejected under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Conditional tenders telephonic tenders and bids without earnest money shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload complete signed financial schedules with original earnest money instruments before EPADS deadline to avoid disqualification.
