Outsourcing Hospital Security Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of security services and janitorial services for Services Hospital Lahore for fiscal year 2026-27 through E-PADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Procurement includes outsourcing of security services with estimated price of Rs.121.959417 million and bid security of Rs.2.439188 million along with outsourcing of janitorial services having estimated price of Rs.128.647569 million and bid security of Rs.2.572951 million in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Electronic bids must be submitted online through E-PADS before 20.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and technical proposals shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidder representatives. Registered firms are required to upload complete bidding documents with scanned copies of bid security and submit original CDR or Bank Guarantee to Tender Opening Committee on same day of opening. Hard copies of bids are not required and incomplete vague unsigned or unfilled bids shall not be entertained. Procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules amended up to date and procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids at any stage before acceptance. Pro Tip: Service providers should upload properly indexed signed and stamped proposals with original bid security before E-PADS opening schedule.
