Annual framework contract for procurement of IT equipment machinery office stationery printing and publication computer stationery general store items and furniture repair services for financial year 2025-26 up to 30.06.2026 through Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. District and Sessions Judge Gujrat invites e-bids from reputed firms authorized distributors dealers and suppliers registered with sales tax income tax professional tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Procurement includes Purchase of IT Lot-1 estimated Rs.3,276,000 Machinery Lot-2 estimated Rs.1,770,000 Office Stationery Lot-3 estimated Rs.303,700 Printing and Publication Lot-4 estimated Rs.201,400 Computer Stationery Lot-5 estimated Rs.500,200 General Store Items Lot-6 estimated Rs.1,565,200 and Repair of Furniture Lot-7 estimated Rs.500,000 with mandatory 5 percent bid security for each lot. Electronic bids under single stage two envelope procedure must be submitted through EPADS before 21.05.2026 at 09:00 AM and opened on same date at 10:00 AM. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee and delivery must be completed within 15 days after issuance of supply order.
