Description
Procurement of goods for Information Technology and Innovation Department Government of the Punjab for financial year 2025-26 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Procurement includes Stationery Printing and Publication Cost of Other Store Computer Stationery Others Purchase of Plant and Machinery Hardware and IT Equipment. Estimated costs include Stationery Rs.9,020,142 Printing and Publication Rs.7,087,384 Computer Stationery Rs.13,038,999 Others Rs.23,524,938 Plant and Machinery Rs.7,594,066 Hardware Rs.740,026 and IT Equipment Rs.2,838,940. Technical and financial bids duly signed stamped and completed must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 03:00 PM and bids shall be opened same day at 03:30 PM. Procurement documents are available free of cost on PPRA website and EPADS. Firms must submit complete tax registration certificates and other required documents. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Vendors should ensure all lot wise quotations are signed stamped tax compliant and uploaded on EPADS well before deadline.
