Supply Installation It Equipment University Education Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of IT equipment for University of Education Lahore through E-Procurement under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement includes Lot-1 Supply of 120 desktop computers with estimated amount of Rs.33.600 million and Lot-2 Supply and installation of 30 multimedia projectors with estimated amount of Rs.10.200 million. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS before 21.05.2026 at 10:30 AM and bids shall be opened same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidder representatives. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated amount in shape of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Treasurer University of Education Lahore. Original bid security and original affidavit on stamp paper must be submitted at opening time. Bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days. Procurement documents are available free of cost on PPRA EPADS and university websites. Pro Tip: IT suppliers should prepare lot wise technical and financial proposals with original bid security and affidavit before EPADS submission deadline.
