Repair And Maintenance Of Hospital Electrical Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair maintenance and annual overhauling services for hospital infrastructure systems including - repair of transformers - repair of tubewell - rewinding of motors - repair and maintenance of AC plant water coolers and refrigerators - supply of material for annual maintenance and overhauling of AC plant - supply of chemicals for AC plant and boilers. Bids are invited through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from eligible bidders registered with FBR sales tax active taxpayer list and EPADS. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 21-05-2025 at 11:00 AM. All bids must include non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2000 deposited in KTH Fund Account and bid security of PKR 100000 in shape of CDR in favour of Hospital Director Khyber Teaching Hospital. Original CDR and tender fee receipt must be submitted before bid closing time at Dairy and Dispatch Section MTI-KTH. Pay orders are not acceptable. Bid opening will be conducted on 02-06-2026 at 10:30 AM. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure submission of original CDR and tender fee receipt before deadline to avoid non-responsive status.
