Provision Of Premium Epdm Play Area Flooring Tender Notice
Description
Provision of certified grade premium EPDM play area flooring at LDA Sports Complex Johar Town Lahore through single stage single envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from firms and contractors registered on EPADS having valid NTN and PST registration with PRA and active taxpayer status. Firms must possess valid PEC license category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-10 CE-11(i) and CE-11(ix). Procurement shall be conducted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System and bidding documents containing detailed requirements terms and conditions are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated price in shape of CDR or bank guarantee is mandatory. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by uploading PDF files and bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders representatives.
