Janitorial Services For Commercial Building Tender Notice
Description
Provision of cleaning and janitorial services at commercial building premises through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under E-PADS. Experienced firms contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on Active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on E-PADS website. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS while original bid security and hard copies of original bids are required before submission deadline. Bids will be opened on same day in accordance with PPRA Rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Cleaning and facility management companies with commercial building maintenance experience should ensure EPADS compliance and timely hard copy submission of bid security.
