Development Of New Energy Vehicle Policy Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for development of New Energy Vehicle Policy for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through EPADS under Quality and Cost Based Selection system. Proposals are invited from eligible consultants registered with FBR KPRA and active taxpayer lists. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure under KPPRA rules. Detailed scope of services is available in request for proposal documents on TransPeshawar and EPADS websites. Pre-proposal conference shall be held at TransPeshawar office for interested consultants. Electronic proposal submission through EPADS is mandatory and hard copy submissions are not allowed. Technical proposals shall be opened electronically in presence of consultants who choose to attend. Procuring agency reserves right to cancel bids with cogent reasons. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Attend the pre-proposal conference and review QCBS evaluation requirements before EPADS proposal submission.
