Recarpeting Of Worker Colony Roads Tender Notice
Description
Re-carpeting of HMC Worker Colony roads approximately 83000 square feet with 2 inches thickness of asphalt through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Sealed bids are invited from contractors registered with Income Tax Department having valid registration certificates and relevant experience. Interested contractors may attend pre-bid meeting and physical inspection of colony roads on 19-05-2026 in Admin Department. Technical bids shall be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives while financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later after evaluation. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available against non-refundable payment of Rs. 5000 in shape of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Heavy Mechanical Complex. Procuring agency reserves right to accept reject all bids or annul tendering process at any stage prior to award of contract.
