Procurement Of Machinery Cctv And General Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of machinery CCTV cameras IT equipment furniture and general store items for financial year 2025-26 up to 30-06-2026. E-bids are invited from well reputed authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and opened on the same day before procurement committee. Refundable bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in shape of Bank Call Deposit or CDR is mandatory and successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order. Minimum one year warranty free replacement service and maintenance is mandatory. Selected supplier shall provide items within ten days of supply order issuance. Procuring authority reserves right to enhance quantity and reject bids under Rule 35.
