Digital Document Attestation Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of single service provider to digitalize and manage end to end process of document attestation including automation workflow management and digital processing services for document attestation operations. Procurement shall be conducted through Request for Proposal under single stage two envelope procedure for non consultancy services. Instructions for bidders and closing opening dates have been modified through corrigenda. Bid security amount of PKR 500000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately in accordance with procurement requirements.
