Procurement And Plantation Of Horticulture Green Belt Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement plantation and maintenance of horticulture and green belt works including supply and carriage of foxtail palm trees ficus green and gold plants labour charges for planting levelling carpet laying unloading watering stone collection pits making obnoxious weed and grass removal rough levelling of belts and seven month maintenance watering through bowzer with water supply. Tender is invited from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-3 having experience in horticulture development maintenance and green belt works with PHA organizations and registered with Income Tax General Sales Tax Department and Punjab Revenue Authority. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System via EPADS. Contractors are required to upload item wise earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Deputy Conservator of Forests Jhelum Forest Division and submit original CDR before technical bid opening. Technical bids shall be opened on 26-05-2026 and financial bids of qualified bidders shall be opened on 01-06-2026. Mandatory documents include valid PEC license NTN GST registration affidavit of non blacklisting FC&R Department certification bank statement for year 2026 checklist and contractor profile. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and quantity of work may increase or decrease according to budget availability.
