Sale Of Timber Under Domestic And Commercial Quota Tender Notice
Description
Acquire timber under 20 percent domestic quota and 30 percent commercial quota for sale from various forest divisions and sale depots applications are invited for purchase of deodar kail chir walnut and other specified wood species under approved government policy sale shall be conducted as per schedule from September 2025 to June 2026 including months October 2025 November 2025 December 2025 January 2026 February 2026 March 2026 April 2026 May 2026 and June 2026 applicants shall submit separate applications for domestic and commercial quota along with copy of national identity card land documents and approved building map within municipal limits for domestic quota commercial applicants shall provide company profile registration proof of wood industry factory and relevant registration certificates along with attested copies of national identity card applications shall be scrutinized within 14 days of receipt and upon approval and availability of timber in concerned sale depot allotment shall be made on first come first served basis applicants must clearly mention type and quantity of timber required inspection of available timber can be made at respective sale depots compliance with prescribed timeline for submission scrutiny approval and availability is mandatory sale depots include Garhi Dupatta Police Jhelum Valley Chikar Sawan Hattian and other notified depots under respective forest divisions
