Procurement Of Laptops Smart Boards And Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops smart boards cameras desktop systems and electrical generator sets for University of Kamalia through single stage two envelope e-procurement procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities may participate through E-PADS. Bidding documents containing terms conditions and specifications are available free of cost on PPRA and EPADS websites. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of estimated price in shape of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer University of Kamalia and original bid security with affidavit on stamp paper must be submitted at closing time. Bid validity period shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure original bid security and affidavit are physically submitted at bid closing time because only online upload will not satisfy mandatory requirements.
