Construction and development works for establishment of riverfront tourist resort and revamping of existing stopover facilities at River Chenab Chiniot under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding process through e-PADS. Scope of works includes landscaping pathways gateway parking area public toilets sitting areas gazebos market area prefabricated shops restaurant cafeteria zip line tourist huts bamboo houses jetty area kids play area boundary wall rides internal and external electrification generator solar system water tank tubewell water supply sewerage drainage septic tank soakage well and rainwater harvesting system. Eligible firms must possess valid PEC Category C-3 and above with CE-01 CE-09 CE-10 and EE-11 codes active NTN PRA registration and experience of at least four similar public sector projects within last five years. Bid security amounting to PKR 21.874 million in shape of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee is mandatory and original hard copy must be submitted before bid deadline. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on May 19 2026 at PMU TDCP Lahore. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through e-PADS only and incomplete unreadable or non compliant bids shall be rejected under PPRA Regulations 2024.
