Vehicle Insurance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicle insurance services through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders are required to submit electronic bids through EPADS along with requisite documents. Original bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated insurance premium in shape of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Director General Public Relations Punjab is mandatory and scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS otherwise bids shall be treated as non responsive. Procurement documents are available on PPRA EPADS and DGPR websites. Technical and financial bids shall be opened electronically in presence of bidders representatives. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Insurance companies and authorized vehicle insurance providers registered with tax authorities should participate with complete EPADS submissions and compliant bid security.
