Repair And Maintenance Of Hospital Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and maintenance of office buildings for fiscal years 2025-26 2026-27 and 2027-28 including civil and electrical works in teaching and tertiary hospitals. Electronic bids are invited through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under single stage two envelope procedure. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers with FBR and SRB and possess experience in civil and electrical works in teaching or tertiary hospitals of Sindh Province. Tender fee of Rs.5000/- and fixed bid security as required in bidding documents must be submitted in original before deadline. Technical evaluation shall be based on mandatory checklist and evaluation criteria. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Technical data may be verified at any stage and bidders providing fake information may be blacklisted.
