Procurement Of Printer Toner Cartridges Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printer toner cartridges including TN-812 TN328Y TN328M TN328C TN328K 81A T-3028P-P 145 151A BP-FT700 and other toner cartridges for Bureau of Statistics Punjab through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Revenue Authority and relevant departments are eligible to participate. Bidders must provide documentary proof of tax registrations and proven track record of at least two assignments for IT services supply to government or large private organizations. Separate bid security equal to 2% for each lot in shape of CDR is mandatory and must be submitted physically and uploaded through EPADS. Technical bids will be opened on 01-06-2026 at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder must supply toner cartridges within fifteen days after issuance of purchase order. Brochure of original toners meeting technical specifications is mandatory.
