Procurement of IT equipment machinery and stationery items for Sessions Courts District Narowal including computer systems with accessories UPS backup batteries laserjet printers DC inverter air conditioners LED televisions bottom loading water dispensers paper reams shorthand notebooks staplers tags simple registers stamp pads toner cartridges and other office consumables. E-bids are invited from reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments under single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically before 02-06-2026 at 12:00 Noon and opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Original CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost and original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting must be submitted one hour before deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit 10% performance guarantee and supplied items must meet standard specifications with one year warranty obligations.
