Construction Improvement Reconditioning Black Topping Link Road Tender Notice
Description
Construction, improvement, reconditioning and black topping of Link Road Dakhari Mohallah Dr. Gulzar having length of 0.5 Km in District Kotli under Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding System. Eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council with endorsement in C&W Govt AJ&K for FY 2025-26 in appropriate category with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-02 may participate. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on percentage Above/Below/At par basis. Interested bidders must upload scanned copies of bank receipt or CDR as proof of bid security deposit amounting to Rs. 218000 in designated divisional joint accounts. Performance security is fixed at 5% of bid price and additional performance security equal to 5% of bid price is required if quoted rates are below 10% of engineering estimates. Hard copies of original bank receipts or CDR along with signed and stamped bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after opening of bids. Technical profile and qualification documents must be uploaded in PDF format. Blacklisted firms, contractors, companies, suppliers and distributors are not eligible and must provide affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status. Bid opening is scheduled on 03-06-2026 at 11:00 AM.
