Description
Procurement of various types of summer vegetable seeds and seed kits under the Agro-Ecological Based Fruit, Vegetable and Apiculture Development Enterprises in AJK development scheme for the financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage One Envelope procedure from FSCRD registered seed dealers valid up to 30 June 2026. Complete specifications, tender forms and other information can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500 during office hours up to June 2026. Tenders must be submitted by 02-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only firms and suppliers fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the advertisement and specification forms are eligible to participate. A call deposit equal to 3 percent of the total tender value amounting to Rs. 45000 in the name of Director Agriculture Extension Muzaffarabad is mandatory. Payment shall be made after approval of bills by the Accounts Department and applicable taxes shall be deducted as per rules. Delivery of vegetable seeds shall be made to the office of the undersigned. Quantity of procurement may increase or decrease subject to availability of funds. Tender applications may also be sent through registered post provided they are received before the specified date and time. Presence of authorized representative at the time of tender opening is mandatory.
