Procurement Of Vehicle Tyres For Government Fleet Tender Notice

Selection and rate contracting for procurement of tubeless vehicle tyres for Honda City Honda BRV Suzuki Bolan Carry Van Suzuki Cultus Toyota Commuter and Toyota Fortuner vehicles on framework agreement basis for financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. E-bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms are available on EPADS procuring entity website and KPPRA website. Bid closing date is 02 June 2026 at 01:00 PM and bid opening will be conducted at 02:00 PM on the same day. Original bid security amounting to 2% of total bid cost in shape of CDR from bidder account must be submitted before opening of technical bid. Firms must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax FBR and KPRA. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 May 2026 at 12:00 PM in Conference Room of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority Peshawar. Competent authority reserves right to reject or accept bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
