Procurement Of It Hardware Furniture And Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement supply service and installation of plant and machinery hardware IT equipment furniture fixture and stationery for financial year 2025-26 through single stage two envelope procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors manufacturers service providers authorized dealers suppliers and representatives registered with FBR Income Tax Sales Tax and KPRA are eligible to participate. Standard bidding documents containing specifications quantities evaluation criteria and terms and conditions are available on EPADS and District Courts Buner website. Online bid submission deadline through EPADS is 02 June 2026 till 09:30 AM and technical bids will be evaluated at 10:00 AM on the same day in presence of committee members and bidders. Financial bids shall be opened subsequently for technically qualified bidders only. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 May 2026 at 09:30 AM in Conference Room District Courts Buner with video link facility available for clarifications.
