Provision Of Security Services For Sports Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for sports facilities under single stage two envelope procurement procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS and interested bidders may download bidding documents containing detailed requirements terms and conditions from EPADS and Punjab PPRA website without any fee. All electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by uploading PDF files. Bid security amount equal to 2 percent of estimated price totaling 390,499.14 is mandatory and must be submitted one hour before bid submission deadline. Estimated procurement value inclusive of taxes is 19,524,957.12. Tender opening will take place at 11:30 AM in presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.
