Printing And Supply Of Examination Answer Sheets Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printed answer sheets for examination operations through single stage one envelope electronic bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Procurement includes printing and supply of 50000 printed answer sheets according to prescribed specifications and format requirements. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and bidders must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bid security amount of 70,000 equivalent to 5 percent of estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted in original one hour before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of purchase order value. Tender shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Tender opening will take place at 11:30 AM.
