Construction Of Meeting Rooms And Allied Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction of meeting room facilities including furniture pantry toilet verandah attached bathrooms revenue items and installation of 2 ton air conditioners for family case litigants parents and wards at Sangla Hill under open competitive bidding through EPADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes shall be submitted online in conformity with bidding documents. Original bid security at 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be submitted in hard copy before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit 10% performance guarantee and execute contract agreement. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope procedure and bids shall remain valid for six months. Income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax registration documents must accompany technical bids. Procuring agency reserves rights to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
