Purchase Of It Equipment Machinery And Storage Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment including scanners web cams microphones - machinery including air conditioners - and record room bags through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended for financial year 2025-2026. Eligible manufacturers distributors dealers suppliers and firms registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments may participate. Procurement shall follow single stage bidding procedure. Earnest money at 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR from supplier account is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening time otherwise bid shall be declared non-responsive. Bids submitted through EPADS shall be opened in the presence of Tender Opening Committee and bidder representatives. Fake documents or forged submissions shall result in blacklisting and legal action. Procuring agency may reject all bids under prevailing PPRA Rules.
