Construction Of Ring Road Underpasses Tender Notice
Description
Construction of underpasses at Pishtakhara Chowk and Jameel Chowk on Ring Road Peshawar under ADP project through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with KP PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors and firms registered with EPADS Pakistan Engineering Council KPRA FBR and enlisted with PDA or Provincial Enlistment Committee KP may participate. Procurement shall be conducted on percentage above or below BOQ and engineer estimate based on MRS-2025. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS along with mandatory documents including PEC registration KPRA NTN affidavit of non-blacklisting and enlistment certificates. Bid security at 2% and additional security where applicable shall be submitted physically in shape of bank guarantee or CDR in favor of Director General PDA before bid submission deadline. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 25-05-2026 at 1400 hours in office of Director Roads-II PDA. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders only shall be opened later. Procuring entity reserves rights to reject all bids under KPPRA Rule 47.
