Addition And Alteration Of Office Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Execute addition and alteration works for DIG IT DIG R&D offices and allied branches at CPO Lahore through E-Tendering under PPRA Rule 38 Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS from contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and specialization codes. Estimated project cost is Rs. 14,475,671/- with earnest money amounting to Rs. 2,89,513/- equal to 2% of estimated DNIT cost in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque from scheduled bank. Technical and financial bids duly signed and stamped shall be uploaded separately on EPADS while original earnest money instrument must be submitted before closing time. Technical bids shall be opened at Commissioner Lahore Division office and financial bids shall be opened after evaluation of technical proposals. Conditional bids or bids without earnest money shall be rejected.
