Procurement Of Plant And Machinery Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of plant and machinery including citrus tree transplanting machine potting media sterilizers atomic absorption spectrophotometer and 85HP tractor with accessories through single stage two envelope procurement procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders having valid NTN STRN Punjab Sales Tax registration and Active Taxpayer List status are invited to submit bids through EPADS. Bid securities include PKR 441,000 for citrus tree transplanting machine PKR 180,000 for potting media sterilizers PKR 600,000 for atomic absorption spectrophotometer and PKR 144,000 for tractor with accessories in the form of bank draft call deposit demand draft or banker cheque in favor of Chief Scientist Citrus Research Institute Sargodha. Bidders may apply for one or more items but must quote for complete quantity of each item. Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted and item wise evaluation will be carried out separately. Corrigendum revised the bid submission deadline from May 18 2026 to May 25 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through EPADS.
