Description
Rehabilitation and carpeting of internal roads in Chouburji Garden Estate and Poonch House Colony Lahore through PPRA e tendering system. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category with valid PEC license for financial year 2025-26 are invited to participate. Procurement includes rigid pavement works mechanized surfacing and road rehabilitation activities under item rate bidding system. Estimated DNIT cost is PKR 342.751 million with earnest money amounting to PKR 17,137,550 in the form of CDR bank draft cashier cheque or pay order in favor of Executive Engineer Road Construction Division Lahore. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract amount within 15 days. E-bids must be uploaded before June 01 2026 at 11:00 AM and responsive bids will be opened at 11:30 AM at Commissioner Lahore Division office.
