Supply Of School Furniture For Educational Institutions Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of school furniture including small tablet chairs large tablet chairs and teacher chairs for boys schools in District Orakzai through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Furniture specifications include seasoned shesham wood metal structures steel square pipe powder coating wooden strips natural cane and lacquer finishing according to approved quality standards. Interested manufacturers suppliers and firms having minimum three years experience in school furniture supply and registered with KPPRA KPRA Income Tax Sales Tax and FBR active taxpayer list are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through EPADS by 04 June 2026 at 12:00 PM while technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM on same day. Original 2 percent call deposit in favour of DEO Male District Orakzai must be submitted before deadline along with affidavit regarding non-blacklisting. Samples of furniture must be submitted before 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026. Successful bidders shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee and complete supply before 30 June 2026 extendable with approval. Nonstandard furniture will be rejected at supplier expense and may result in blacklisting.
