Procurement Of Cardiology And Cath Lab Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of cardiology and cath lab disposables for year 2026-27 through single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from manufacturers and importers registered with DRAP for quoted items under DRAP Act 2012. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through E-PADS with complete bidder identification and contact details. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 09-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of Director Finance MTI KTH. Mandatory bid security amounting to Rs.500000 in shape of original CDR is required while payment orders are not acceptable. Tender fee of Rs.2000 is mandatory and must be deposited in designated bank account with deposit slip submitted before opening date. Quotations must be computer typed with rates written in words and figures and signed by authorized representative. Rates shall remain valid till 30-06-2027 and may be extended under KPPRA Rule 31A(2). Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers should ensure separate properly labeled technical and financial bid files are uploaded on E-PADS and submit original CDR and tender fee deposit slip before bid opening.
