University of Narowal invites sealed bids from contractors, construction firms and companies registered with PEC category C-6 and above for earth work along with boundary wall construction for land acquired for establishment of Dr Ashfaq Ahmad Khan National Center in Basic Sciences. Procurement shall be processed on Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules. Estimated cost is Rs.3926119 with bid security amounting to Rs.157045 in favor of Treasurer University of Narowal. E-bids submission deadline is 02-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM.
